Coleman Family Vacation

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the historic school house. There was plenty of family bonding over board games and snacks.The school house had plenty of space and beautiful mountain views and the stars at night were so peaceful. Great place to bring family and friends.

Our family and friends spent 4 great days at this property. Spacious parking around the house. The schoolhouse is adorable, well equipped, we got everything we needed. The beds are super comfortable. We had a great time, would come back in the future.

Surprise Birthday Party

This property was so cute and charming. We really enjoyed learning the history of the building and seeing it in its current state. The schoolhouse had everything we needed and more. It was a perfect place for us with our 2 dogs and only 30 minutes from where the party was being held. We hope to be able to stay here on our next visit.

Family Christmas 🎄

We were very pleased about finding this characteristic restored schoolhouse for our Christmas holidays. Our host was very gracious, leaving us cookies, crackers & cheese . They also accommodated for us to check in a day early as we tried to beat the storm. As we came & went with our family, the property always welcomed us back to retreat, refresh & regroup in the quiet rural country just outside of town. We would definitely book again. Thanks!

Wonderful

My husband, kids, and two dogs stayed here and it felt like home. I grew up living out in the woods so this was perfect for me! Our dogs and kids loved the property, we took time to walk around and enjoy the nature. The natural sunlight from the large windows was amazing as well! I loved waking up and looking out across the yard. The simplicity of the house layout was very relaxing and our kids enjoyed the open and colorful space as well, i think their favorite part was the huge chalkboard honestly! I'd absolutely love to stay here again!

Family Christmas

This was our second stay at this cute schoolhouse. I have family all round with a niece living right in Wallace. It makes it so convenient to attend family functions. The dogs love the yard and we love the schoolhouse. I see us renting this place each time we come down to visit family. The property owners are very accommodating and the property manager is very responsive to any issues. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a nice quiet place to relax after a busy day or event.

Adorable School House

The little school house was very nice and cozy. For being a small school house there was lots of room to roam. When we first arrived there was 2 minor glitches, one was our fault and one was an over looked, wires crossed, forgotten key, one phone call and 15 minutes later we were in. The other screw up was us, arriving late in the day and just after a cold front went though and the house was very chilling, we're also South Floridians, we started turning on heaters and popped the breakers and that was fixed immediately too. The rest of the stay went without any more mishaps. Quite, restful trip, the beds were comfy and the kitchen was well stocked with needed utensils. The yard was large without any nosey neighbors, surrounded by trees and privacy. Perfect for future stays with our pups. We enjoyed our stay, thanks.
