Access to the property is via Lock Box. Guests will have access to the whole property. I can't be around myself, so I have a husband and wife team, Tom and Rachael who manage things locally. Chester is a picturesque city in northwest England, renowned for its historical landmarks, shopping and dining scene, beautiful scenery and family-friendly activities. With an array of options to suit all tastes, visitors can explore the Roman walls, medieval cathedral, designer outlets and Michelin-starred restaurants. Families can enjoy award-winning attractions such as the Chester Zoo and Grosvenor Museum, while nature enthusiasts can take scenic walks along the River Dee or through the city's many parks and gardens. For a comfortable and convenient stay, consider booking this charming property located just off Hoole Way with free parking and easy access to the city centre and train station. If you are bringing your car there is easy access to main motorways and also good routes to North Wales, Liverpool & Manchester. Between each booking, this home is professionally cleaned to the enhanced standards and the linen (sheets and towels etc) is professionally laundered. There is a travel cot and high chair kept at this property, for guest use. Please note that the property has a Smart TV with app access. You will need to use your own logins and the TV does not have live TV. However, you can watch live tv through both the BBC and the ITV app for example. Usual check-in time is strictly from 4pm and check-out time is by 10am. We're willing to be flexible with this by arrangement but this is dependent on other bookings, so please let us have any requests in advance of your stay. A dog is welcome at an additional fee of £30 to cover extra cleaning. Please message in advance to advise that you are bringing your dog. If you have a second dog please let us know and this will be considered. Windows hadn’t been cleaned for months inside and out. Bathrooms were not clean I send time and money cleaning the apartment.Tap in bathroom was loose called about it first day.They sent out a man week later.
