The hotel is ideally located to explore Cork on foot. It is a very busy hotel and shows some signs of wear, but it is overall clean and has a very welcoming helpful staff.
This premier inn is located in central Cork walking distance to the shops. It is tucked away in a back street but convinenant nonetheless. Can’t beat the comfy beds and big buffet breakfast of premier inn hotel 😉
The location of the hotel was really handy for accessing all the sites & places of interest including restaurants and night life. The staff were very helpful although were extremely busy and appeared to be juggling a variety of roles however despite that were always polite and cheerful. I had the daily hot breakfast which was self service buffet style, this was nice and pretty much standard fare of cereals, pastries and fruit along with hot breakfast items.
The food was good the staff were very helpful the bathroom was very smelly I had to ask staff to change our shower curtain it was stinking myself & my husband are in our seventies & the bath was to high to get in & out off it was so dangerous overall we were not very happy with our room
The area is under construction now , so not the best timing. Will look great when completed along the river.

Disliked: Staff & service, amenities
location is great just a 5 minute walk away from the city centre it was busy when we stayed so im assuming thats why the staff there were at times rude and unhelpful i have stayed here many a time and have never experienced this before so its a shame
The hotel was very clean with air condition which was great during the summer. The location is perfect walking distance to all restaurants and bars. The only downside is the parking. You have to walk about 8 minutes to park because they don’t have parking. I’d recommend dropping off luggage and checking in before going to park your car.
Clean and quiet. It is a great location in Cork, especially if you are walking. The staff was courteous. The breakfast had many options available . Would definitely stay again and I would recommend.
Had a great stay at this hotel. Great location, close to many restaurants and pubs. Beautiful view of the river. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The room was clean and had all the basics. The only complaint was that the AC kept shutting down during the night and the room got uncomfortably warm, so I had to wake up in the middle of the night to reset it.
Overall, it was good. Quiet room. Nice accommodations. The pillows were not comfortable to me (a bit too firm) but slept fine. Fire alarm went off at 3:00 am. Not sure why.
