Ideally located just 3 km from the A28 motorway, Ô fil de l’eau is a perfect starting point for discovering the treasures of northern Sarthe and the gateway to the Orne region. Nature lovers will appreciate the greenway linking Chérancé to Mamers (17 km), the village pond, the unspoiled landscapes of the Alpes Mancelles, the trails of Saint-Léonard-des-Bois, the Sillé-le-Guillaume forest, and the vast forests of the Perche region. Heritage enthusiasts can stroll through the charming streets of Fresnay-sur-Sarthe, a designated "Petite Cité de Caractère" (Small Town of Character), explore Alençon, or visit Le Mans and its famous 24 Hours circuit.

Adjoining an 8-person gîte, this studio apartment offers tasteful décor and comfort. All on the ground floor, it features a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and lounge area. There is one bedroom with a double bed (140cm). A bathroom includes a sink, shower, and toilet.
Beds are made upon arrival. Towels are provided.

Large green spaces and a large private parking area with a gate are available.

The area in front of the gîte is fully enclosed.

A mandatory cleaning fee of €40 is charged for business travelers.

Heating is an additional charge of €15 per day from October 1st to April 30th. Heating is monitored; any excessive heating consumption will be billed.
