#### Large and comfort room

The hotel itself is perfect. Very good price with a spacious room, clean bathroom and comfort bed. There is airport transfer and the driver is really nice. I did not book via a Chinese website. There was therefore not smooth when check-out. We opt paying directly to the hotel but need to leave at 5am to catch flights. They charged us a higher price than the price we booked. We had no time to argue with them and settle the bill first but need to go through the refund process.

#### No water!

I booked this hotel for my parents. The hotel staff told them that there would be no water from 9pm - 1:30am. My parents thought it was okay and they checked in. After that they noticed that there was already no water then around 5:30\. They decided to switch to another hotel because of this. They check out without touching any piece in the room but the hotel refused to refund.
