### Beautiful Apartment w/ Private Parking, Cheltenham

Summary:  
This newly refurbished apartment has been professionally designed to a very high standard, creating a truly stunning space in Cheltenham town centre, near to restaurants, shops, cinemas, racecourse, Everyman Theatre and free private parking right outside. With its tall ceilings and large sash windows this upper ground-floor apartment exudes character. Fully equipped and fully furnished, with White Company Egyptian cotton linen and fluffy towels, this really is a 5\* home-from-home experience.  
  
The Space:  
This is a beautifully designed and spacious apartment. There is one twin room and the master is a super-king which can also be made up as two singles (on request). The master has an ensuite bathroom and there is also a separate family bathroom. In addition, the master bedroom has a frame-style smart TV for relaxing movie nights in bed!  
  
Living room with plenty of comfortable seating and dining table, which can seat up to 8 comfortably. Well equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, washer dryer, fridge freezer, microwave and plenty of cookware, china and glasses.  
  
HD smart TV and fast broadband complete the rest of everything you could need for a fabulous stay in stunning Cheltenham.

Guests will have full access to the apartment.  
  
The Neighborhood:  
The apartment is located right in the centre of Cheltenham but is located on a quiet street and is set back from the road. Known as the ‘Capital of the Cotswolds’, it’s brimming with history, culture, green spaces and fantastic foodie ties. Not to mention famous horse racing at the iconic Cheltenham Racecourse, which is just a 5-minute drive or 30-minute walk from the apartment.  
  
There is so much to explore in this exciting town, and the best part is you can do so much of it on foot! It’s just a short walk to the town centre, where you’ll find all the major high-street shops and restaurants. On warm summer days, head to Sandford Park Lido for a dip in the outdoor pool before taking a wander through the sculpted gardens.  
  
Or stroll over to stylish Montpelier too. Here, you’ll find a wealth of upmarket shops, independent cafes, gourmet restaurants (including Michelin star-awarded) and cosy wine bars. Make sure you stop by the Neoclassical Caryatids and walk through Pittville Park where the Pittville Pump Room – the town’s grandest spa building – still welcomes you to sample its medicinal waters.  
  
The apartment is also a wonderful base to explore the rest of the Cotswolds AONB. In 30-minutes, you can drive to a number of the iconic Cotswold villages, such as Bourton-on-Water, Stow-on-the-Wold or Burford. Enjoy rummaging through antique shops or taking scenic walks through the rolling hills. Nothing tops off a day like a delicious dinner at a cosy country pub, too.

Getting Around:  
The apartment is located in central Cheltenham so is perfectly located for exploring the town on foot. If you do decide to travel by car, there is one private parking spot directly outside the apartment. There are also multiple paid car parks nearby. The closest is the Regent Arcade Car Park which is right behind the apartment block and costs £16 per day. St James Street is a little further away and costs £13 per day. Alternatively, there is on street parking which is free outside of restriction hours or you can use pay and display meters.  
  
Cheltenham Spa train station is around 10 minutes in a taxi or a 30 minute walk. There are also regular buses that run from the main road which are all easy to pick up and navigate.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
Due to a lease restriction, guests can't book this property for holiday/leisure purposes. It can only be booked by those in the area for work or requiring temporary accommodation. Guests must also sign a lease for fire and safety purposes.  
  
The default bed configuration is a super king and two singles. The super-king can also be made up as two singles. Please let us know in advance of your stay if you require this.
