Lovingly restored you are in for a treat with its open living spaces and beautiful furniture. Come together and wine and dine in the fabulous kitchen/diner and make those holiday memories come Yes. As you take two steps into the property you enter the snug area which features an office with a fantastic collection of books. A useful utility is found just next to the stairs. Next you will find the living room, featuring comfy seating, hidden Smart TV, and wood burner. Upstairs are four lovely bedrooms comprising a master bedroom and en-suite facilities, another lovely double bedroom with en-suite, a further double bedroom and the third bedroom with bunk bed, suitable for children. The property has a front and back garden, the back garden which features a patio area, ideal for sitting-out, relaxing on the garden furniture in front of the fire pit and the front garden, fully enclosed and mainly laid to lawn, it’s ideal for the children to play out and stay entertained. Off road parking is provided for up to three cars.  
  
Grove Cottage is situated in the charming and sought-after village of Hazelton, near Northleach, this Cotswold stone holiday cottage has been beautifully renovated throughout. With an air of timelessness and the unspoilt nature of this small Cotswold hamlet, it is hard to believe that it lies just 12 miles from the centre of Cheltenham. The town boasts a state-of-the-art cinema complex, two renowned theatres, public gardens, a famous racecourse - site of the Gold Cup in March - and a wealth of restaurants, specialist food shops and excellent shopping in general. The nearby market town of Northleach is within a ten minutes’ drive and offers an excellent range of day-to-day amenities including the local shop and the award-winning public house. With Cirencester and Cheltenham at easy reach and other areas such as Bourton-on-the-Water, Lower Slaughter, Burford, Stow-on-the-Wold within an easy drive, this is an ideal spot for a country holiday with a difference.

#### Fantastic place - highly recommended

We had a wonderful week at the house on a work trip to nearby Cheltenham Racecourse. We were working long days and the house was the perfect location to unwind. We had a minor issue with a leak but Katherine was attentive and ensured it didn't detract from our stay. Thanks for being great hosts - looking forward to coming back.
