Checked in, but when we got to the parking, it was blocked by a truck and trailer. The person in the truck said he was working on the unit said he was renovating it. Went back to the office to let them know. They tried calling the owner, but not answer. I had to arrange other accommodations, we never stayed in the unit we paid for, so we cannot evaluate it. Right now, we are still working on trying to get a refund from Vacasa...but no luck so far. Just do not feel we should paid for the unit and all the fees if not staying in it. ##### James R. Great lake views, right on the water, couldn't be better! The actual condo is clean, but outdated and has an "old smell" to it. I was shocked to see that there were no pool/beach towels! This is the first time I have been at a rental that has a pool or lake but offers no towels. We had to buy some. Also, unlike most rentals this is bare boned in terms of anything extra. No tupperware or plastic wrap for leftovers, one tiny shampoo (no conditioner even), no board games, no beach chairs, etc. It would have been nice to mention that there are no extra things, especially pool towels in the listing so that people aren't forced to buy them. Even with these missing items, we had an amazing time. Especially enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony. ##### Marta C. The condo complex has amazing amenities where you literally do not need to leave. The multiple pools, private beach, various roped off swim spots, mini docks to lounge on, playground, basketball court, tennis courts and all within walking distance are the big selling point. The condo sits right on the water so your view is amazing! We had plenty of towels for the bathroom which was appreciated. The only cons and suggestions I would provide: 1) one side of the patio sliding glass door would not open; it was like it was jammed or locked somehow and we couldn't get it opened. 2) provide more hand soap. we had to go out and buy more because there wasn't any for the kitchen and the hand soap in the bathrooms ran out quickly 3) provide more plates in the kitchen 4) update the outlets. every outlet had one plug-in that did not work so it was like a jigsaw puzzle try to get things to operate with the limited outlets 5) didn't matter to us but the lightbulbs above the dining table did not work. ##### Audra A. It was lovely to sit on the balcony or in the living room and enjoy the view. The water is just steps away. The condo is comfortable. It was very quiet most of the time except for one evening when the people staying below us had a loud extended conversation out on their patio. We didn’t have noise issues except when they were outside and the door to our balcony was open. ##### Susan H. The grounds of the condo complex were really pretty and our condo overlooked one of the pools. Since our stay was in September it was not crowded and was quiet. It was very clean and well equipped. We took some beautiful sunset photos from our balcony which had nice wicker rocking chairs and a lounger. ##### Jan S.
