Grandview 532 Executive Waterfront condo

Grandview #532 -This luxury Executive condo is a premier waterfront condo featuring commanding views of the crystal clear waters of Lake Chelan and spectacular Eastern Washington sunsets. This third floor condo is beautifully decorated in warm rich tones, finished with cherry woods, touches of stainless steel, tile and granite.  Entertaining is easy in the spacious kitchen complete with a large island and stainless steel appliances. 

This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo sleeps up to 7 comfortably in 1174 square feet. Enjoy a king bed in the private master bedroom with a luxury en-suite bath, a queen bed in a second private bedroom, and 2 comfortable sleeper sofa in the living area. The Executive 2-bedroom condos are ~280 square feet larger than a typical 2-bedroom condo. 

The GrandView on the Lake is one of the most sought-after waterfront condo hotels Chelan has to offer.  This Lake Chelan luxury condo is located near all major Chelan vacation attractions and the Historic downtown main street.  The ideal location for business travel, weekend and week-long getaways, and event lodging.  Walk to dinner, wine tasting, recreation, live music and more! Come Experience the GrandView on the Lake!

The pool is seasonal and weather dependent. We try to have it open from early May to early October, but dates may vary based on weather.

Upon arrival you will be required to register all guests and cars as well as sign a registration form. If you are under the age of 25 at the time of your reservation, you will also be required to sign a liability form agreeing to our underage policy. Both forms state that any noise complaints, mischievous activity, disrespect of staff and/or other guests or not following property rules will result in immediate eviction with zero refund.

Lake access varies depending on the season, the lake is generally high enough to access starting mid-June and starts to drain around October. There is year-round beach access 200' from the property at the Ranger Station.

Spent 2 days with family visiting friends over New Years. Condo was well equipped, awesome layout, walking distance to shops and dining. Breathtaking views of lake and mountains from living room. Didn’t want to leave!

The rooms that We have stayed in have all been very nicely appointed and comfortable. The pool area is disappointing. The pool was very dirty and very cold. Hot tub was equally dirty and was the temp the pool should have been.

The condo was beautiful and had the most fantastic views.conviently located within walking distance to everything one would need.However, we had very loud people above us who had very heavy steps all night long. And the unit kept filling with cooking smoke from someone's unit. So thick it was hard to breathe.

Great winter getaway!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 3rd year at winterfest in Chelan. We shared our unit with a total of 5 people. It was perfect for entertaining, eating, and socializing. Being able to walk to town from the Grandview is awesome!

Perfect Location!

The location of this stay is perfect. Right in the center of everything. Easy walking distance to downtown. The suite was clean, offered plenty of space to spread out for 4 adults, and had great waterfront views. Like others stated, the property is a little dated but the rooms are very well kept and updated. My only nitpick would be the bedroom curtains. They do not close very well and do not offer much privacy. We had to use a chip clip to keep them closed all the way. I would recommend this stay and will would come back to it in the future.

Chelan Retreat

I spent an amazing week with my mom and two sisters at this property. The view and deck were amazing and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was very nice as well. It is located very close to town and it was wonderful to be able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Additionally, there is a great park with a walking path right across the road. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
