"No hot water. No heater. No toiletries or even a towel in the washroom. Service was quick and efficient when checking in, but beyond that not helpful. Manager watched me bring a 20 lbs suitcase down a flight of stairs without offering assistance. In comparison to every other place I have stayed in in Morocco this one was by far the worst."

"The hotel is very close to Ras El Ma within a few minutes walk and with beautiful street leading to the waterfall mentioned above. It looks nice outside but in my room you can smell the sewer leaking from somewhere in the bathroom. Both rooms in my unit were very cold and only one heater working (it was only 6 Celsius that night) I booked 2 nights for my stay but when I arrived they said there was only one night available. "
