"It was my second stay at the hotel. The room was very clean and had all facilities needed. The breakfast was lovely and staff very polite and helpful. However, I was disturbed by a male staff member entering the room at 6am, there was no indication that the room was free at that point.. We shouted and the member of staff closed the door. I complained to the reception staff, one of them was not very understanding and could not grasp the severity of the incident. It was not good enough, I felt vulnerable and unsafe and nobody seemed to care. I would have rated the hotel a 10/10 otherwise. I hope a member of the management team investigates this complaint correctly and gets back to me. "

"They were over booked and we got upgraded to the signature room that was very nice of them . Tried to book for another night but sold out very popular hotel . Will be coming back again "
