Chasin Time Fishing Camp

Chasin Time is a recently renovated home away from home located on Bayou Petite Calliou, only a few camps north of Tradwinds Marina and less than a 5 minute drive to Coco Marina! Get all your bait, fuel, and ice and be at the best fishing spots within minutes! No boat, no problem, fish and crab from the dock and you won’t be disappointed! More interested in a peaceful retreat from city life, sit back, relax, and enjoy the gorgeous sunsets/sunrises from the peaceful porch, swing, or dock. This beautiful camp is 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and sleeps 10 comfortably, with a TV in every room. It has a dock with a fish cleaning station and has 2 boat slips and large bulkhead. Other amenities include central air and heat, a large covered deck, indoor laundry, wifi, crab traps, and all the cookware / grills you'll need.

For bigger parties needing more than one camp, please look at Idle Time (7667 Hwy 56, Chauvin, Louisiana) right next door!

Home away from home with Beautiful sunrises! Plenty of room to spread out and still be all together. Great location for relaxing and great fishing. Bring your groceries/supplies as the closest local full grocery store is 30min away.

Back to the Bayou

I grew up in Galliano on the bayou but have moved to Lafayette. My wife and I are celebrating our 38th anniversary. This camp was awesome and right on the bayou. Clean, with a large upper porch facing the bayou. Great location with beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Absolutely recommend.

Another Great Visit!

One of the Best in Cocodrie

A very nice and comfortable camp in Cocodrie. Recently remodeled with a huge kitchen, nice sized bathrooms, spacious living area and large bedrooms. Large covered bayou side porch. The kitchen has amble utensils, pots and pans. Plenty of hot water and cold HVAC. Lots of space in this camp with large sleeping capacity. The host is engaged, cares, and quick to respond to all communications. Rent with confidence.

Chasing Time camp was great

Our stay at this camp in Cocodrie was great! The view and setup of the camp is awesome! The furniture is great inside and outside of the camp. It has a great porch, great dock, great hangout area below the camp, and very comfortable beds. The inside of the camp is also setup very well to accommodate many different types of groups. I have absolutely no complaints from our stay here, and I would recommend this camp to anybody coming to Cocodrie for a fishing trip or just hanging out!

We love staying here ! This was our second time staying . The camp is nice and it has just about everything you need in it ! The rooms are nice and comfortable too ! We will definitely be back again it’s one of our favorite camps ❤️

Nice Camp for Fishing Trip

We rented the camp for our annual family fishing trip. The camp was clean and comfortable. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. I recommend this property for anyone visiting Cocodrie and would rent again.
