King size beds in both rooms! Two FULL bathrooms. NEW DECK! Stocked with everything you need for the weekend. Laundry and dishwasher available. Sound machine, ceiling fans, large soft towels, great beds with 4 pillows each, coffee and tea cabinet with drip coffee maker and French Press. Large NEW private deck with picnic table and seating for cocktails on nice evenings. View of the city and ridge. Great spot in the North Shore area

We enjoyed our stay here. It was a perfect getaway for our New Year’s Eve trip. Close enough to walk everywhere, but still in a nice quiet spot.

North shore hangout

property is perfect for a long weekend stay patio is great, extra fans are a nice touch but A/C worked great. kitchen is nicely appointed, beds are soft and plenty of room for 4 adults great location to grocery and north shore eateries. parking is a little tight since you share a back awning with the house in front but caused no issues

Girls trip

Stayed in this sweet little house for a girls trip. It was convenient to most things we wanted to do. It gave us individual space for a great get away but great for spending time together too.

Stayed for a getaway with my daughter. Great convenient location to sightsee in Chattanooga. Walking distance to restaurants and the walking bridge. We even walked to the aquarium one morning. Very quiet and clean. Thank you for a relaxing stay!

One night in Chattanooga

Wonderful stay and would highly recommend this home. Perfectly located to explore the City and located in a very quant neighborhood close to shops, grocery store and dining. Two king beds were so comfortable and the home has everything you need for either a short or longer stay. Communication with Owner was exceptional and check in process a breeze. We will be back.

Perfect place!

They were four adults exploring Chattanooga for the first time. This was a perfect setting for us to be able to park and walk to restaurants and events. The place is incredibly clean and well kept. The deck is beautiful for coffee or an evening beverage. It also provides a great view of the city. The place has everything you would need and more. I would definitely stay there again!

Good stay

The green little house was clean and fit 4 people very well. We would stay there again. Great location. This home is on a steep hill but that was not an issue for anyone in our group. The beds are comfortable and the AC works well. If you can walk on step roads, you could walk down town easily. Otherwise, it was easy to drive everywhere we wanted to go downtown.

Short Getaway to Chattanooga

Our short getaway to Chattanooga was fabulous here! The house was well cleaned and well taken care of. We had no issues at all. All communication was great! We enjoyed how close the house was to everything downtown. Clumpies ice cream is a must try! If we were to return to Chattanooga this would be our pick again!

Great location and clean

Short hilly walk down to North Shore area. We will stay here again if available. Wish there was a TV in the 2nd bedroom and water pressure was low. Please note that we parked a Nissan Pathfinder in the Green House spot and that is as large of vehicle that would fit in driveway. 5 stars for cleanliness, location, and communication from Kim.

Great location - Adorable place with beautiful views

This property was a great location in walking distance to parks, the walking bridge, restaurants, and lots of other things to do. The house is well kept and stocked with most necessities that you would need which was very helpful. It is adorable inside and has plenty of space. Only downside I would say is the steep driveway with space only for one car as it was not the easiest to drive up/down. There was street parking nearby which worked out but when loading/unloading being able to use the driveway was sometimes a challenge.

North Chatt Getaway

Our family had a wonderful at this cute house. Very convenient location, wonderful communication with the host, very tasteful furnishings, extremely clean, and super cozy. We would definitely stay here again. The house is located behind another house that share a driveway. So it was a little confusing at first and the driveway is a challenge. But not a problem once you figure that out. The host was very easy to work with and was extremely accommodating. Check in and check out were a breeze. The outdoor space was superb and the views were breathtaking. Thank you for having us!

Overall nice little house

The house was really cute although I would not suggest it for 2 adult couples as the two bedrooms are right next to each other and you can hear through the walls. Also, there is only a love seat and 2 straight back chairs for sitting in the house although there were several nice chairs outside on the super cute patio (unfortunately it rained every night we were there so we were unable to use the patio). Also, there was only 3 flat pillows on each bed so a pillow queen like myself had to use the pillows from the love seat. Overall the house was clean, cute and in good location with a private parking spot which was nice. Would definitely recommend for a family or single couple. Oh and host was quick to respond to any questions we had.
