THIS IS A NON SMOKING PROPERTY. \- NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND is permitted inside the home, on the deck or front porch, violation will incur a $500 fine + any additional cleaning fees and damages. This includes cigarettes, vaping, marijuana, cigars and all other smoking. PET POLICY: 1\. We do not allow dogs on the furniture. 2\. We allow two dogs per stay and no visiting pups beyond the two dogs for a flat rate of $150 3\. We do not allow puppies as they typically still in the training stages 4\. Dogs must potty and poop outside. We do not allow potty pads to be used inside 5\. Owners must pick up their pet poop from the yard and throw it away (in a bag and put in the trash bin that is in the front of the house at the bottom of the stairs) 6\. Dogs must be leashed, when not in the dog park area 7\. Dog will be supervised at all times 8\. If left alone, dogs must be crated 9\. Owner is responsible & liable for all damages caused by their dog(s). The attention to every detail was fantastic and we loved how organized and well thought out everything was. We highly recommend staying at this property! Mar 6, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### great vibes & immaculate! this was by far, the BEST vaca home i’ve rented. the place was immaculate & looked as if it came straight out of an HGTV ad! aside from aesthetics, the kitchen was top notch & included every appliance, cookware, drinkware, spices, coffee, cleaning products, paper products, such as ziploc bags, foil, etc. my children thoroughly enjoyed the game room & massage chair, as did we! the house was located in an excellent location, 5-10 minutes from everywhere you want to be. the property itself was nice & well maintained. sits right next to a railroad, in which we all enjoyed watching the trains go by. we ate at the No. 10 steakhouse, which was located on the property, and it was superb. all in all, we had a wonderful trip & cannot wait to stay in another one of india & desmond’s properties. ##### marissa m. Everything was super clean, nice, and well-stocked. True to the pictures, we enjoyed the massage chair and the NBA jam arcade game, among other things! The location is on the outer part of down-town, but its in an area that is definitely getting more restaurants, breweries, etc. In regards to other reviews, this place is by the train tracks, but sound machines are provided in every room. It honestly wasnt really noticeable to begin with. My wife and I (and our son) sleep with sound machines, so it wasnt even an issue. And our kid loved seeing the trains go by every now and then. It is a 3 story unit, so there are 2 flights of stairs, which is challenging with a 2 year old, but we managed to block the stairs off as needed. The beds were very comfortable, but there aren't enough curtains or shades on the windows, so the early morning sun was very bright. Another thing to bear in mind is the close proximity to the train tracks, they are very close. This took some getting used to, as the trains run all night. But this was also very entertaining for the kids in our group. Overall, we were very pleased with the condo, it was very convenient to downtown and we absolutely loved Montague Sculpture Park, which is very close by. We would consider staying here again. My friends and I stayed for three nights in India and Desmond’s awesome establishment. Everything was top-of-the-line, we had no complications and had everything that we needed. They were incredibly kind and informative. We even ate at the local steakhouse, which was top-notch. It was called No.10\. Things to consider: - It is very close to train tracks. But this truly did not affect us at all. We were still able to get good sleep and it was not very loud. I’m assuming there is some pretty good insulation in that place. - The condos are also currently under construction. Although this did not affect our stay because we were there on the weekend, it’s simply good to know. This is also something that will resolve in the future. We would 100% stay here in the future.
