Designed and furnished to give our guests a modern and luxurious experience while also capturing the comforting feeling you can only get from being in a family home. Everything you could want downtown Chattanooga is at your finger tips. The Aquarium, The River Walk, Restaurants, Bars, Coolidge Park and much much more are within minutes reach. You will also have access to our Pool, Gym and Clubhouse!!! I live close by and can be available by phone or in person quickly if needed. Providing excellent service and an amazing experience for our guests is our highest priority. This property is located is a safe trendy area on Riverfront Pkwy. It is close to everything downtown Chattanooga! The Aquarium, The River Walk, Museums, Great Restaurants, Bars, Parks, The Chattanooga Riverboat and so much more!!! A brand new restaurant "Parkway Pour House" just opened directly across the street and one of Chattanooga's best riverfront restaurants Scotties on the River just opened as well with an Incredible River View Patio. It does not get better than this!!! The entire condo except for a locked storage closet off of the kitchen. Here are some details on this beautiful getaway: SMART HOME This unit is equipped with smart features including smart locks, smart thermostats and smart TV's. High Speed internet is provided and though some will enjoy these features they are not required to use if you choose. MASTER BEDROOM The master bedroom has an extremely comfortable queen bed. There is a Smart Tv with Live TV Hulu and HBO and it connects to a large walk in closet and full bathroom. There are beautiful views of the mountains from this room. LIVING ROOM The living room is the heart of the unit. There are lots of windows and this room also has views of the mountains. There is a high end memory foam designer sofa with accenting chair and can comfortably accommodate 4\. There is an electric fire place that can be used with heat or without and has a coffee table that can be raised to the sofa to be used as a desk. KITCHEN The kitchen has large granite counters perfect for cooking any size meal. Everything you would need to cook a feast is provided including spices, basic baking ingredients and condiments. The kitchen is fully functional just bring the food! BATHROOM This is a full bathroom that can be accessed from the main living area or from the master bedroom. It includes a brand new washer and dryer, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and tub if desired. There is a iron and ironing board available as well. POOL - CLUB HOUSE - GYM Our guests will have access to the condos amenities. Everything is brand new and functioning. A code will be provided to access these spaces. We look to please so do not hesitate to let us know how we may make your stay more enjoyable. All the tourist attractions were within a 5 to 20 minute drive, so it was very convenient for us. And we loved the pool! We walked to the aquarium and enjoyed dinner at a nice restaurant across the street from the VRBO. Area was easy to maneuver and it did not take long to travel around the city from the VRBO. Excellent place to stay and property management was very nice and responded quickly to any questions. Upon arrival, there was an old juice bottle under the living room chair and the bathtub needed rinsing out. Everything else was clean and smelled good. They also provided a pack-and-play for our toddler to sleep in, which was very helpful. ##### Nathan H. The property was light on some essentials like toilet paper and dishwashing soap in the kitchen. The manager initially responded, but never provided what we needed. We had to get our own. We walked Friday and Saturday to downtown, went to TN Aquarium, Pucketts, Burger Republic, IMAX theater and City Cafe Diner. All were great and need to try these places. Great location and walkable to river front. Having a corner view room was a really nice surprise. The decor of the place was very upscale and pleasing. Giant kitchen island was great. Also some food options were available to use if desired. Nice to have a ice available in the freezer. Our only issue was getting the enrty codes. We failed to repond to some property agreement email previous to arrival and had to make a few calls. The property owner was great though and sent the info right away. The unit was quiet from street noises and even the other units. No problem with noise. Parking behind the building was very secure. We would definitely come back here.
