The apartments boast exposed brick walls, modern kitchens, comfortable common lounges, a rooftop deck, and a tree-lined outdoor courtyard. We ask that you please treat our home as you would your own. \-No parties or events \-Pets Allowed with a ONE dog max with a $100 non refundable fee. There is an on site dog park area (currently under construction), please clean up after your pet. No pets on the beds or furniture please. \-No smoking. If you do smoke please do so outside and away from the building and properly dispose of your butts. Evidence of smoking of any substance inside the unit will result in an immediate $500 charge. There is also no smoking on the balcony per building policy! \-The garage door opener is sitting in the bowl on the table when you enter the front door. Please return this upon checkout. There is a $100 charge if the opener is not returned. Biohazard Cleaning Fee: For health and safety, a $100 cleaning fee will apply if vomit, fecal matter, blood, or other bodily fluids are documented by the cleaners on floors, bedding, furniture, or in common areas. Excessive Pet Hair Fee: While we love hosting furry guests, excessive pet hair that requires additional cleaning beyond our standard turnover will result in a $60 additional cleaning fee. Thank you for helping us keep the home comfortable for everyone! 🐾 We offer a 15-min grace period for late check-outs. After 15 mins, there will be automatic $50 charge for unapproved late check outs. Lastly, while we have regular and excellent pest control, our climate can provide the conditions for an occasional bug sighting. Everything was very clean, spacious, and great for a larger group (especially with so many bathrooms). The location was central to many parts of Chattanooga. It seemed practically brand new and was close to everything. We loved having three floors and also that every bedroom had its own bathroom. The main floor was spacious with a well equipped modern kitchen, large island, dining area, living area with plenty of comfortable seating and a 1/2 bath. This was the first VRBO where we were able to park in the garage. That was very convenient. We would definitely rent from Carrie again! ##### Fred C. A We were in town for an engagement party for my daughter and needed extra space. This place had it. It was large enough to not be on top of each other but cozy enough to gather and feel at home. Overall in great condition. Noise is a problem as the train tracks are right next to the property that run all night. No TV’s in the bedroom, which was a disappointment. It is cute, clean, and spacious. The kitchen is well stocked. The beds are comfortable. We were so happy with the location -5 minutes from downtown! The host was quick to communicate. This was a perfect location, close to a great steak place and wonderful brewery. It was a short drive to downtown and to other local places. The kitchen had everything we wanted. The den area was great for hanging out and the firepit/corn hole area also. If you are a light sleeper, we recommend you bring ear plugs for the nearby trains.
