« Vieille auberge dans un joli village du Northumberland. Accueil aimable et ambiance très british; moquette omniprésente, comme partout en Grande-Bretagne cela dit, allergiques s'abstenir. Notre chambre au 3e était simple, mais fonctionnelle - notre seul vrai reproche est la literie (matelas très mous avec un gros creux au milieu). Mention spéciale au petit-déjeuner, servi dans une salle à part: ce n'est pas précisé sur leur site mais ils proposent de vrais choix de petit-déjeuner outre l'éternel...

« There were two couples in our late 60’s early 70’s. This lovely clean and superbly equipped cottage was brilliant for us.We had a very slight problem logging onto the WiFi because the details given to us were completely wrong. Used the details on the Router and we were sorted.Really lovely week cannot recommend the cottage enough. »

« Pyg Pen is a beautifully presented and a well equipped property, with everything you could possibly need. It’s situated in an ideal location for day trips and exploring the local area. Property has an enclosed back garden which is ideal for dog owners and plenty of parking in front of the house for more than one vehicle. Lots of places to visit in the local area. This was our third stay in Pyg Pen and it did not disappoint. Would highly recommend the property and the area. »

« Absolutely love the property and the location ! Ideal for families of all ages . Great size property and lovely garden . « An excellent four days. The house is roomy and furniture very comfortable. Parking in the drive was easy. Well stocked kitchen - pans, crockery, cutlery etc. The attractive village and two very diverse but excellent pubs serving food are a short walk from the house.Liz was an excellent communicator responding quickly with answers to questions. She has provided plenty of information about how things work in the house. Would recommend. Thanks Liz. »
