Reserve this thoughtfully curated space just 2.5 hours from NYC or Boston. You\`ll fall in love with this Romantic-Private-Peaceful OASIS in a canopy of trees overlooking the creek. Star gaze from your private hot tub (open year-round), sip cocktails around the fire. Walk to dinner OR cook in the well-equipped kitchen/outdoor grill. Immerse yourself in nature while enjoying the convenience of village life. Steps from restaurants, shops, theater, brewery.  
  
HunnyHAUS: Come experience a newly created, innovative, upcycled vintage mobile home that\`s been transformed into something inspired. 2 bedrooms / 2 baths and a large deck with private mineral hot tub overlooking the woods and brook below.   
  
PRIVATE HOT TUB/DECK: open year-round. LED color changing lights surround the hot tub and deck. Mineral purified water is softer, sparkly and is gentle on the skin. Wrap yourself in the cozy robe we left for you. The deck also includes a propane grill and a table with seating.  
  
2 BEDROOMS each with a private bathroom on opposite sides of the home for privacy when shared with 2 couples. Queen-sized Dream Cloud mattresses in both bedrooms with plush linens and duvets. Bedside lights for bedtime reading. The bedrooms each have their own private and modern bathroom packed with amenities: plenty of towels for bath and hot tub use, robes, soap, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, and plenty of additional amenities.  
  
KITCHEN: Extremely well-stocked kitchen with all modern amenities. Keurig and drip coffee machines with coffee & tea. Full size appliances include gas stove, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washer & dryer. Toaster, blender, air fryer and lots of dishes, glassware, pots/pans etc. Custom made slab bar table with seating for 6 with glow-in-dark epoxy and chandelier and options for lighting/moods.  
  
TECH: 50” web-enabled smart TV in the living room (connect to your favorite streaming services: Netflix, Hulu, youtube, etc.); LG sound bar speaker with surround sound, electric fireplace, waterproof speaker for hot tub, Alexa, device chargers – and high-speed internet (450 mbps) for work and entertainment.

LOCATION: Enjoy the best of both worlds! While the HunnyHAUS is completely private situated in the back of Art Park, it is ideally located in the village of Chatham. It’s a 2-minute walk to Main Street with several restaurants, the popular Chatham Brewery, art galleries, one-of-a-kind shops selling antiques, clothing, gifts, etc. The vintage movie theatre: The Crandell. Nearby towns: Hudson, Stockbridge, Great Barrington, Lenox.

\-For skiers and boarders, we are located approx. 30 minutes from 3 ski resorts: Jiminy Peak, Catamount and Butternut.  
\-Apple picking, corn mazes, Sculpture park, hiking, biking.  
\-Farmers markets, wineries/breweries/cideries, indoor & outdoor concert/ performance venues.  
\-Restaurants, bars, farm stores for organic foods.  
\-Walk into town, Hot tub, relax by the fire, grill dinner or melt fondue.

ART PARK  
Art Park is a unique mobile home park that is transforming its vintage mobile homes into innovative dwellings with immersive environments. Art Park is a project in transition. Currently available at Art Park: The HunnyHAUS, The Sugar Shack (a tiny home with she-shed and hot tub) and “Blush” (a tiny home with loft and hot tub) are available as short-term rentals. Your visit will help fund more art for the Park and creatives-in-residence in the near future.

The Hideaway is located in the charming village of Chatham, NY--just a 2-minute walk to Quintessential Main Street with restaurants, the Chatham Brewery, unique shops, antiques, vintage clothing, theater, art galleries, Crandell movie theater. Within 1 mile (walkable with sidewalks) you will find Crellin Park with a swimming pond (with lifeguard), basketball, tennis courts, skateboarding, trails along the river. PS21 abuts the park and you can access their scenic groomed trails from the back of Crellin Park.  
  
You can stay at The Hideaway and walk to just about anything you need. The closest grocery store is about 1 mile. There is a drug store within .5 miles as well as a food coop and a small convenience shop.  
  
Please note that all hot tubs are serviced daily between 10am - 2pm.  
\-QUIET HOURS: 9 pm – 8 am.   
  
🐾 Dog-Friendly Stays 🐾  
We welcome one well-behaved dog per stay! To ensure a smooth visit, please register your pup with us before arrival—if you haven’t yet, let us know right away. Our resident German Shepherd, Georgi, is onsite, so it’s important we’re aware of any visiting dogs. Dogs only (no other pets allowed). A $75 pet fee applies.

From the moment we walked in, the HunnyHaus felt like home—only better! Every detail was thoughtfully provided, from the fully stocked kitchen to cozy touches that made our stay so comfortable and relaxing. My husband and I kept saying throughout our trip that this was the perfect vacation. We were in the area for the John Williams Film Concert at Tanglewood performed by the Boston Pops, and the location was ideal. The hosts were incredible—friendly, responsive, and always ready with fantastic local recommendations for dining and entertainment. We truly felt cared for from start to finish. We can’t wait to come back and experience this gem all over again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for the ultimate Berkshires getaway!

Stag Haus provided the perfect sanctuary during a time of both celebration and grief, with thoughtful amenities and excellent local recommendations. The hot tub under the stars was exactly the therapeutic escape we needed after our last-minute booking.

#### Perfect weekend!

We had the best time here. The house is even cuter and cozier in person (which says a lot because the pictures are great!). The hot tub was a great luxury and the house is literally a 3 minute walk to town. So convenient! We also had a fire in the Viking tent one night which was fun. Heidi was super helpful and quick to respond to any queries during our stay. She even left rose petals on the bed and a bottle of Prosecco chilling in the fridge for us upon our arrival. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

#### Perfect!!!

We stayed two nights at this property. We found it peaceful and relaxing and really enjoyed our stay in chatham. The renovated trailer we stayed at was awesome. It was uniquely decorated and felt very cozy and warm as soon as we walked in. The hot tub was perfectly located on the backside of the trailer and offered plenty of privacy. The restaurants in town offered tasty food and there were plenty of people out and about for the film festival. We had a perfect couple of days and really enjoyed our stay at the art park. #### Mini Honeymoon

My husband and I (recently just married October 9) wanted to take a mini honeymoon getaway after all the stress and chaos of the wedding. We found this beautiful home and instantly fell in love. As soon as we drove into the lot we knew we had made the correct choice! The home is within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants of Chatham which was wonderful. As soon as we walked in, it was just so cozy feeling and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was very well stocked, and Heidi even left us a congratulatory bottle of wine in the fridge which was above and beyond! The entire home was so clean and well put together and decorated. The bed was insanely comfortable and the larger of the two bathrooms had amazing ring light mirrors and a wonderful waterfall shower. The mineral hot tub was the perfect ending to our nights, my husband is now talking about now wanting to get one. Overall, everything was perfect and we plan on definitely returning in the future with friends so we can take advantage of the Viking Shack. I would absolutely recommend this home to anyone and I can’t wait to see the rest of the homes in the park!
