Discover this beautifully landscaped, contemporary three-bedroom home, ideally situated on a quiet cul-de-sac, just a short walk from Oyster Pond Beach and downtown Chatham. This spacious home features two master suites, including one on the main level with a queen bed, and a second upstairs with a king bed. The third bedroom, also located upstairs, offers a queen bed. Enjoy the private backyard, complete with a deck, patio, and new hot tub. The open floor plan is perfect for entertaining, and a separate family room with a TV and Wi-Fi provides additional space for relaxation. For your comfort, window A/C units are installed in all bedrooms and living areas. After a day at the beach across the street, rinse off in the enclosed outdoor shower. Grill dinner and then take a leisurely walk into town for ice cream or a movie, and experience the beautiful sunsets over Oyster Pond. This lovely home and excellent location provide the perfect vacation setting.
