### Beautiful house that is a walk to downtown!

This quiet, charming home is in a highly sought-after location. You can leave your car parked and walk to breakfast, Oyster Pond Beach, or Main Street for shopping, dining, and entertainment. This beautifully decorated home has three bedrooms and sleeps six in two queen beds and two twin beds. The open galley-style kitchen is perfect for entertaining and offers an adjacent dining room for family gatherings. There is a first-floor bedroom and full bath, a first-floor laundry area, and an extra den area for those who may need a workspace. The interior is light and bright, with a private, expansive lush lawn and backyard patio outdoor area. You can grill dinner on the gas grill before walking to the Orpheum Movie Theatre. WiFi keeps you connected, and central AC on the first floor and slimline AC units in the bedrooms will keep you cool on those summer nights. The enclosed outdoor shower is perfect after a day in the surf and sand. There is parking for three cars on the grass driveway. Please note that the Dutch-style stairs to the second floor are steep.
