"We came to visit our daughter who is in college in the area and loved the location of the house! There was plenty of room, house was clean and had everything we needed. The host, Stephen, was wonderful to work with, great communication and made sure we were happy and had what we needed! He also gave recommendations for places to eat nearby! Very happy with this property and and our stay!!!!"

From the pond driving in, to the beautiful setting with pool and 2nd pond seen from inside the house, this location keeps on giving - and surprising. "First time ever in Chatham, NY... Our son is performing in a number of musicals at Mac-Hadyn this summer and we booked this place for a couple of nights. Pretty much walking distance to the theatre and only minutes from downtown. The property was perfect. Very spacious, well appointed and fully loaded for convenience. The host James was extremely responsive and helpful, ready to assist on a moments notice. It quickly starts to feel like a home away from home, a real gem...!"

"We confirmed for a weekend stay and all looked good. Imagine our surprise to arrive and find the property was occupied. On top of that, the property owners cut communication with us completely. We called 5 times from two different numbers, being sent to voicemail each time. Ultimately we had to call VRBO directly for a refund and are still waiting to be paid back in full 5 days later. Would not recommend this property as the owners are disorganized at best, scammers at worst, and clearly poor...
