This newly built apartment is perfectly located in the center of Châtel village, offering you the opportunity to fully enjoy your mountain getaway.  
  
The residence is just a short walk from shops and the Forme d’O aquatic center. It also provides easy access to the Super-Châtel ski lifts, reachable on foot. For those preferring the slopes of Linga and Pré la Joux, a shuttle bus stops near the residence.  
  
This apartment boasts a spacious and bright living area of approximately 40m², facing North-West, with a stunning view of the valley. The living space includes:  
\- A fully equipped kitchen to make meal preparation effortless.  
\- A cozy lounge area with two large sofas and a television for relaxing evenings.  
\- A dining area with a large table that can comfortably seat up to 8 people.  
  
The apartment is ideal for families or groups of friends, offering 3 bedrooms:  
\- One bedroom for 4 people, equipped with two bunk beds, perfect for children or teens.  
\- Two flexible bedrooms that can be arranged with either twin beds or one double bed, depending on your needs. One of these bedrooms also features a private bathroom with a shower for added convenience.
