« Worst experience ever - the room smells mouldy and me and my wife felt suffocated just from staying there for 1 hr. We tried everything, opened windows and vented for a long time but the smell keeps coming back. Note that this was the «deluxe» room! I immediately booked a new hotel and moved for fear of our health. As the contact guy(Carlos) said he didn’t have other rooms available and couldn’t come over to help us. I have saved the entire conversation. We filed for refund later, they lied...

"Excellent séjour de quinze jours en septembre 2025 dans cette villa parfaitement équipée pour quatre personnes. Le logement est à la fois proche de la mer, des commerces et de la gare routière permettant de visiter les alentours sans qu'il soit nécessaire de disposer d'une voiture. On visite donc facilement Elche et sa palmeraie, Alicante et son animation tout en séjournant dans une station familiale. Ne ratez pas la visite de l'île de Tabarca depuis l'embarcadère de Santa Pola.Nous recommandons vivement cette location."
