"It was okay, but there seemed to be some renovation work going on at the hotel. Because of that, not all services were available. Also, breakfast wasn’t served at 7:30 – nobody was there yet. It was set up later, which made us almost late for an appointment."
"Travelled to attend a gig at the Veltins Arena and on arrival we were greeted by wonderful staff with great conversation and hospitality. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming and also a perfect location for attending the arena. 100% recommend! "
"Älteres Hotel, könnte schön sein aber schlecht geführt. Schlechtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Personal ist freundlich aber völlig unqualifiziert. Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig, v.a. Badfliesen, -fugen. Diverse Einrichtungselemente defekt: Duschhebel, Armaturen, Steckdose, Licht. Reparatur erst am nächsten Tag. Mails werden nicht gelesen, um z.B. auf Allergien (Frühstück) einzugehen. Immerhin am nächsten Tag Entsprechendes besorgt. Trotz vieler Unannehmlichkeiten noch herumdiskutiert wegen...

"Perfect place for a stopover (epsecially when travelling with a baby and you want some space to hang out somewhere while the baby sleep, as you could close the doors between kitchen/bedroom). Would definitely stay again!"
