« Comme j’avais essayé de mentionner pendant mon séjour, on est très mal accueilli, pas pu profiter de la chambre le balcon invivable cause des travaux en dessous et vu sur la route beaucoup de poussière et bruit. On a demandé à changer de chambre même prêt à payer supplément sans retour positive. Beaucoup de moustiques sans traitement le soir pour éviter tout cela. "Chambre spacieuse, très propre. Hôtel très bien placé dans la baie. Hôtel assez calme. Nous étions dans la partie Beach de l’hôtel. Buffet varié. Personnel très agréable , gentil et attentif au bien être des clients. Plage bien équipée, snorkling facile. Spa passable, bruyant, pas relaxant et qualité massage très moyenne. A fuir, le restaurant italien dépendant de l’hôtel concernant le repas offert dans le cadre du séjour. Attention, bien noté qu’il y a beaucoup de voyageurs de nationalité russe à Charm El Cheikh et particulièrement dans l’hôtel. Les animations sont en anglais et en russe et très orientées pour ces voyageurs."

"Chambre propre et spacieuse, ménage quotidien par une équipe gentille et au petit soin. Accueil chaleureux : Merci MAHMOUD !! Tout le personnel de l’hôtel est gentil et attentionné. Ils se plient en quatre pour vous satisfaire. Ce n’est pas notre première en Égypte et pourtant….MERCI! Nous avons pris les excursions avec l’hôtel. Il est vrai que c’est un peu plus cher mais nous avons traité en VIP!! Je recommande. Quelques petits rafraîchissements au niveau du Spa et dans certains endroits de l’hôtel car c’est quand même un Marriott?! Et une amélioration au niveau des snacks et goûters. Il est également dommage d’avoir des extras à payer dans les restaurants sur réservation lorsqu’on est en All inclusive. "
