This is the perfect space for a couple. The location is great and very close to everything in town. Parking was easy, and communication with the host was great. I agree with some of the other reviews here say that it would be tough to fit someone on the couch in the property. The bedroom was very comfortable, and the AC unit in there was very welcome. But I could see how the couch would be rough to sleep on and the AC would likely not do too much to cool the living room. The place was quaint but we found it too dark inside. The bed was very comfortable but the air conditioning unit in the window in the bedroom was very noise and we couldn’t find a way to keep in going continuously. Kitchen was very modern but we never really used it. We didn’t cook anything. The couch in the living room area was okay but we couldn’t find a pillow for it. Walking distance to everything. We did rent a car and toured the Island. The parking space at the back of the house was a bonus. We also saw the musical Maggie at the Confederation performing arts. This is a cute, comfortable place that is 2-4 blocks from everything you could want to do. There are the great restaurants, the stunning views from the downtown waterfront, and picturesque Victoria Park just around the corner. We didn't have a car during our trip and didn't need one. We had a couple of questions for the owner and he responded to everything within minutes. Even when we had canceled flights in our attempt to get home he worked with us right away to help out.
