Breakfast was home made and served with elegance. Our hostess, Donna, was wonderful and very knowledgeable of places to visit. Bed was comfortable, internet access was secure and we had our own transportation but most of the downtown is walkable if you are able. Charming host who shared numerous good recommendations of things to see and places to eat. Delicious breakfasts. Donna, the owner and our hostess, was a treat. Friendly greeting when we arrived, quickly checked us in, gave us info and a map with reco on where to go and what to do. Our room was quite large and very comfortable. I slept like a log! The homemade hot breakfast was delicious. The home's decor is lovely. Great front porch for sitting awhile. The house is charming, and the hostess (Donna) very gracious. Breakfasts (homemade) were also excellent. Our bedroom was beautifully decorated and comfortable. The garden is also lovely. It is a 15-20 minute walk from downtown Charlottetown, which is doable. (The only negative was climbing 4 sets of stairs to get to our room on the third floor.)
