It is tastefully furnished with attention to detail. Beautiful hard wood floors throughout, central AC and heat, ample closet space. This is a stylish 3BR home that evokes all the comforts of home while making vacationing oh so simple. The kitchen is fully stocked with a stove, good cooking knives, microwave, coffee pot, all cookware and serving items. There are two amazing patios – one with a barbeque and the other that is nicely shaded with anarondack chairs and a fire pit so you can enjoy all of the seasons. The living room has a smart TV and plenty of comfortable seating and views of the lush green leaves of the gorgeous old trees that surround the house. For those who have to get some work done while visiting Charlottesville, we have high speed internet and plenty of comfortable areas where you can set up your work space. The house has 2 full baths, both with shower/tub combinations – one upstairs and one downstairs. We provide shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, & soap. It looks small when you first come in but there is a large addition on the back that has a huge great room and well appointed kitchen. The rooms are very nicely decorated and extremely comfortable. Larissa, the owner, is lovely and even though she was traveling overseas, she got back to me with any questions or concerns, very quickly. She was so warm and hospitable. The house was VERY clean and well taken care of which was much appreciated! A lovely house where my high school pals from 50 years ago were able to come and stay and make many wonderful memories. It snowed while we were there and the gas fireplace was an awesome amenity! The host was great with communication. There is a brewery in walking distance as well as a very cool walking path along the river. Ubers were 6.60 anywhere we went in town. Would definitely stay here again! ##### Darla C. We stayed 4 nights for a wedding in C'ville. Convenient location, everything we needed, some thoughtful touches. Great communication with the host and easy check in and check out.
