This 3 BR Ranch home is a 5 min drive to Center City, Uptown, Panthers Stadium, South End, the Light Rail (1 mile away). When you're not hangin' in the city, you won't want to miss the oasis, waterfalls, & firepit, right in your own backyard! Unwind and relax after a long day with a glass of wine in the private and tranquil outdoor space. Jet off to work fully rested and leave the family in this fun and safe updated space! The back yard is fully fenced in making for a pet friendly stay. The kitchen is fully updated with stainless steel appliances, newer cabinets, and a gas range ready to prepare some delicious meals. The (3) bedrooms feature: \- 1 King bed \- 1 Queen bed \- 1 Full sized bed You will receive your own personal access code for the property to use throughout your stay. This code will only work from your reservation check-in time through your reservation check-out time. We are just a quick message away if you need anything. As 27x Superhosts, we try hard to get it right. Located in the Wilmore neighborhood in Charlotte, North Carolina with a population of 2,150\. Wilmore is in Mecklenburg County and is one of the best places to live in North Carolina. Living in Wilmore offers guests and residents an urban feel and most residents rent their homes. In Wilmore there are a lot of bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and parks. Many young professionals live in Wilmore. \*Please note that at times, you may hear road noise from the highway and/or train passing. If so, it is minimal inside the home and more noticeable while outdoors. Uber/Lyft are great options.
