Main St. Please keep in mind - that means there may be street noise or traffic at times. With that being said - it makes getting to downtown very easy! We are not tucked away remotely but close to activities! If this will bother you please do not stay with us as we want our house to be a good fit for our guests. The house is set up with your comfort in mind. Traveling with kids? Let us make your life easier... pack n play, baby swing, toys, sound machines, high chair... if you need anything else let me know as I probably have it. Also provided are eco soap and 2 in 1 shampoo and conditioner to make your traveling easier. Upon entering - you will have a bedroom immediately to your left and another guest bedroom to your right. Both have new sleep signature queen beds and share the hall bathroom that has a tub/shower bath. The master is the second bedroom on your left is fitted with a new sleep signature queen bed as well. It has it's own ensuite bathroom, walk-in shower and rain shower head. The washer and dryer are located behind the sliding barn-doors should you need to use. In this nook, we have 4 folding chairs that can be pulled out and paired with our drop-leaf table should you need more eating space or choose to eat at the kitchen bar. There is a sectional sofa to spread out on and a smart tv for guests to watch their preferred streaming account once logging into our smart TV (guest mode will automatically log you out as well). Guests will be sent a key code to the smart lock 3 days prior to check in. We operate best by messaging through the airbnb app as we have multiple eyes on this account to make sure someone responds quickly to any questions or concerns. Car is best for getting around. \*We do ask you to sign a rental agreement and we utilize a security deposit hold before all stays to prevent blatant disregard for house rules. We had a pleasant stay at this property, with easy check-in and out processes. Unfortunately, after our stay we were informed that we were being charged for finger nail designs made in the fabric of the microfiber couch. There were no rips, tears, or damage to the couch, just displacement of the direction of the fabric is the divine artistic fashion of a three year old. When she does this on our microfiber couch we simply use a damp cloth to brush the fabric back to the same direction…sure not hire a cleaning team for 50 to do a 30 second job. ##### Tracey B. We were here for a graduation of our oldest granddaughter Morgan from Belmont Abbey College. This home was conveniently located and just the right size for our family! It's impeccably decorated, and immaculate! We were very pleased with Gwynn's property! ##### Ron L. Belmont's cute downtown main street area is a quick drive or about a mile walk for lots of restaurant/bar options and shops (although shops were closed during the hours we were there). Nighttime traffic noise was tough for our light sleepers, but otherwise everything was great. Owners were easy to contact and nice about letting us have a late check-out.
