Each bedroom offers ample closet space, and conveniences include a washer and dryer, high-speed internet, and a dedicated workspace. Step into the lovely backyard with a gazebo and fire pit—ideal for morning coffee or serene evenings. Just a mile from a variety of restaurants, grocery stores, and entertainment options, this home offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience in Charlotte! House rules • NO PARTIES or excessive noise. Guests agree to observe quiet hours between 9 pm and 8 am. • NO SMOKING of any kind in the unit and on the property. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $200.00 fine, plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odor. • Pet Policy Pets are allowed at an additional ($270+ Tax) fee and $500 pet deposit. The guest must inform about the pet right after the reservation. One pet per unit max. The maximum weight limit is 25 lbs. All dogs must remain on the leash while in public spaces.
