Hall tree that was falling apart, stool that was falling apart. Gym was extremely lame. No EV charger as promised. Silverware was difficult to find. Extra towels were in a closet that was not easy to find. Instructions for checkin were not provided until we called. Parking place was taken so we had to contact staff in order to find a parking place. Checkin at 4 pm is extremely late, causing inconvenience. Bathroom sink was an unsightly mess.
