The majority of docks in this area are generally suitable for most average-sized pontoons and ski boats. Parking Details: \- Driveway parking is available for up to 7 vehicles. \- Cars cannot be parked outside of the gate. This is a smoke-free property. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. We enjoyed the quietness and ambience but also the convenience of restaurants and shopping that were in close proximity. It made it really easy to run out for last minute supplies. Overall, the house was clean, modern and well maintained. The family really enjoyed our stay and the bonus Christmas tree was an added treat to the holiday. The only issue we had which was quickly attended to was the keypad on the front door was not lit so it made it difficult at night to see the numbers you were pressing. It took some trial and error getting in on the first night. Would definitely recommend this home and consider it again for our travel needs. ##### Katina W.
