Annual lake trip
Great spot, well furnished. Check out was the easiest and no extra cleanup required by us. Nice to find a place that doesnt make you clean the whole place before the cleaning crew comes in. Quiet neighborhood. Super easy access to a private boat dock. All around fabulous! My only request would be to have a broom and dust pan so we may clean up small spills or sand being tracked in.

We enjoyed our stay. All our needs were met and communication was prompt. We were able to dock our boat at the house. House was clean and had plenty of shade to enjoy the yard, deck, and dock.

Beautiful Clean Lake House
This lake house is beautifully decorated and very clean! Although we came during a cooler time of year we could imagine how great it would be to enjoy the lake too! We were happy to enjoy the view and sit on the dock with a hot cup of coffee ☕️ We’d highly recommend if you are in the area and want a great place to unplug and spread out with your family or friends!

Relaxing lakefront stay
Clean, cozy, & comfortable! Our family of 5 had plenty of room to spread out and relax here. We enjoyed reading on the dock, taking in the nearby nature scenery, and time on the lake using the kayaks & paddleboat provided. Downtown Belmont was nearby & very charming. The home is also a reasonable distance from Carowinds, which we visited during our time there. We recommend this house and would happily stay here again!

My family stayed here for a family wedding weekend with our 3 year old and newborn. The house is so cute! The house had many amenities for kids, comfy furnishings and beds and everything we needed for our stay. It was a nice quiet neighborhood. Joshua was very communicative when needed. Highly recommend!!

The house was beautiful and comfortable. The AC was not working but the owner had it fixed the next day. The location is great and we loved kayaking and swimming in the lake.

Perfect for Family Visiting Lake Wylie!
I can’t think of anything that “needed improvement. The house was adorable, updated, clean, spacious, and family friendly. The surrounding area was quaint and plenty of things for our family to go do. Would 100% recommend this home and will stay again if we are back in the area.

Great home!
The home and location were great! We were able to relax and hang out as a family. We all liked the property. The only thing I would change is the appliances. Great looking and decent functioning appliances. The convection part of the oven didn't work quite right. It would be nice to have an automatic ice maker and water in the fridge (Great looking though) and the dishwasher didn't work but could have been the weather. Overall, really nice location. Would recommend to others.

Lake house Paradise
Great experience staying at this lake front home located about 15 minutes from downtown Belmont! The owner was friendly and easy to contact and responded quickly. The home is a very nice 3 bedroom 2.5 bath with a separate room downstairs with a pullout sofa and the half bath which is the "4th" bedroom. Plenty of space to relax and enjoy the lake views. I highly recommend this property.

Excellent getaway minutes from Belmont
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean upon arrival, decor was all very cute but still comfortable. The views are great, especially from the dock! Very cozy, usable spaces. We were surprised how quickly we could get to Belmont and Charlotte. Highly recommend if you want to feel far away from the hustle and bustle, but still need to be within an easy drive of amenities.

Amazing property!
This lake house was amazing! The house itself was clean and the beds were comfy. We had everything we needed and the use of the kayaks was an added plus! Loved sitting on the dock and taking in the scenery. Would definitely stay here again!
