The only thing you should know is the person living above gets up at 5:00 every morning and walks around for 2 hours before leaving for work at 7am. If you are a morning person, the bed is very comfortable, the shower is wonderfully upgraded, and the neighborhood was in a good location. Also, beware of the dryer, it ate holes in 3 of my t-shirts.
