The neighborhood is on its way back up but there are some iffy spots. My only complaint here is that the listing says whole house but this is a duplex. Luckily there was only one night that someone was on the other side but you can hear anything and everything happening on the other side of the wall. I do not recall seeing anywhere on the listing that this was a duplex until we got there and found out. The duplex was very clean and so beautifully decorated. The location was great too, surrounded by plenty of things to do and the host even reached out with suggestions.
