The apartment itself is on the top floor of a small mixed use building and parking was easy. I was there on St. Paddy’s Day weekend so the neighborhood was a bit noisy into the early hours of the morning, but that’s part of the charm when you want to stay in the middle of it all. The apartment had everything that was needed. The owner was very responsive. The check in was not smooth as hoped. The positioning of the lock box was difficult and needs to be revised. I had to lay flat on the sidewalk to see under the box to see the red tag. I would recommend placing the lock box in a more elevated position to see the bottom of the box. The code for the lock box was in the instructions but was revised in a message. I would recommend removing the code from the information on the check in and check out information to ease that process. The Host was friendly and available for any questions. It was very close to the Blue Line going to Charlotte (10 minute walk)There were many restaurant options within walking distance. A coffee spot: Sunflour; within a half mile for great breakfast sandwich coffee and pastries. Great walk in the morning.
