Nestled on the shores of Lake Norman, it offers the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. This spacious 3 bedroom 4.5 bathroom home on the lake is the real deal for relaxing group travel. Spend time with your guests in the movie room, game room, or on the lakeside beach! Stay with MyTripify and get the most out of your stay! The Space: With its spacious common areas and game room, the home truly brings people together! This home has been outfitted not only to sleep 8, but with enough space and function for up to 8 people to enjoy spending free time connecting with those around them. Remote workers and students find refuge by utilizing our high speed internet from around the house. Internet Speed: 300mbps dedicated fiber Having two spacious common areas gives groups the flexibility they need. Relax in the open and inviting great rooms with plenty of comfortable seating, flat screen and tv, or have some fun in the game room with air hockey, foosball, and more! Step into our movie room, adorned with plush seating and dimmable ambient lighting, creating the perfect atmosphere for relaxation and entertainment. Sink into cozy recliners or plush sofas as you settle in for a movie marathon or catch up on your favorite TV series. Preparing a tasty meal has never been more fun in this kitchen with all of your basic cooking needs, stainless steel appliances, toaster oven, pots/pans, plates/bowls, and utensils. Start your mornings enjoying our complimentary coffee & tea on the screened-in porch! Comfortably enjoy not one but two primary suites both with King beds. The upper level features another other large bedroom with a queen bed and a bathroom. Bedrooms are equipped with plenty of closet space. Fresh towels, and linens are provided for each guest, as well as plenty of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap; Hairdryers are available in the property as well. Guest Access: Guests have private access to all 3 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, kitchen, both living areas, laundry room, back yard, and dock. Only the locked owner's closet is unavailable. Plenty of parking is available in the driveway, in the garage, and on the street. Self-entry via electronic lock, meaning quick easy access for everyone in the group. An early check-in may be requested, and will be accommodated if possible. The Neighborhood: Lakeside Bliss is located in the Denver Area, and is perfect for families in town, or relaxing group vacations. Nestled peacefully on the shores of Lake Norman, Denver is a serene area offering a perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. With a wealth of restaurants, bars, and retail establishments, you'll find everything you need within reach. Plus, its proximity to Charlotte, NC ensures easy access to the city's vibrant offerings. For nature enthusiasts, the nearby Rock Springs Nature Preserve, located less than 6 minutes away, beckons with its scenic hiking trails and a delightful playground, providing a perfect escape into the great outdoors. Getting Around: This charming home is nestled alongside the picturesque shores of Lake Norman, offering a tranquil setting and breathtaking views. Conveniently located, it provides easy access to a variety of grocery stores and restaurants just a short drive away. Other Things to Note: \*\*House Rules\*\* Each guest will be provided a rental agreement before the start of your reservation. Per the NC Vacation Rental Act, signature, payment of money, or taking possession of the property are evidence of your acceptance of the agreement. The booking guest is required to complete the check-in form with a valid government ID. Missing or inaccurate information will result in a termination of your stay without refund. Minimum booking age: 25 years old. If the booking party is under 25, MyTripify reserves the right to collect a \*refundable $1000 security deposit along with an ID of guest who is 25 or above. Alternatively the reservation may be canceled and refunded based on the cancellation policy. Access to the Home: Early check-in (1:00 PM) may be requested and will be accommodated if possible. Cost: $99 + Booking platform fees Enjoy private access to the entire home, aside from the locked owner’s closet. Be sure to lock all doors and windows when leaving the property. Check-in is at 5:00 PM Check-out is at 11:00 AM Holdover or Late Checkout will result in a $250 fee, and does not entitle the guest to any extension of the rental period. Quiet Hours - Beginning 10 PM: You have the right to quiet enjoyment of the property during your stay, please do not disturb the rights of the neighbors. Only guests on the booking are allowed on premises. No parties are permitted. Any neighborhood disturbance will result in a $400 fine and termination of your stay without refund. Pets: Approved pets must be confirmed prior to check-in, (3 pets maximum). Pending approval, the exact count needs to be added to the reservation prior to check in. Any undisclosed pets will result in a $350 fine. No cats allowed. Pet owners must disclose the type of pet, breed, name, and age. If pet stays are longer than 1 week, MyTripify may require guests to purchase travel insurance. Please keep pets off furniture and beds. Removal of pet hair from furniture will result in additional fees up to $300. Pet owners are to clean up after all waste in the yard and surrounding area. Any damages done will be charged to the guest. Parking: Any parking or driving on the grass is prohibited and will result in a $300 fine. Follow posted signage for street parking. Smoking: No smoking whatsoever inside the home. Smoking is permitted outside only. All remnants must be properly disposed of outside to prevent any smell inside. If the house smells of smoke or remnants are found inside, a smoking fee will be issued of $500. Damages: Guests are responsible to immediately report and pay for any damages cause during their stay. Internet Usage: We are not responsible for material viewed or downloaded by users from the internet including but not limited to illegally copyrighted material such as movies, music, or other digital media. Doing so will result in a fine of $500 per occurrence. Additionally you agree to Indemnify and hold harmless us for any damages caused by illegal internet use. Trash: Trash should fit into the outside receptacles or be removed disposed of prior to checkout. Any trash that does not fit into the outside receptacles will incur an additional $75 per bag charge. The house has so much space which was great with ages ranging from 13 to 84 in our family. Everyone was well entertained all week. The teens made excellent use of the game room and the movie room. We all loved the screened porch, the dock and the water. The setting is beautiful and being right on the water was so much fun. It would be nice to have some additional water toys (multiple kayaks or paddle boards) so several people can participate together. We borrowed from friends so worked out just fine for us. We were worried that that there were only three bedrooms listed and our teenage boys don’t want to stay in the same room but there was another bedroom option. So perfect. The kids loved swimming, kayaking and paddle boarding off the dock. Because of the location near the end of the cove, we didn't have to worry about boats or wake. The home was lovely and very clean. Even more was available than indicated in the description: life jackets, beach towels, and assorted water floats. The beds are very high but a step stool was found in the closet to assist the oldest generation into the beds! I had great communication with the host and the property manager of the house . The process was very easy. I’m thankful that the host recommended Aquaventure Boat Club in the area who made my stay more fun. The boys loved to fish off the dock, kayak and paddle board. We had fun game nights and would end the night watching a movie in the theatre room. Lake Norman is beautiful! Séjour de 7 nuits en juin 2025 ### 8/10 – Bien #### Matt H. 18 mai 2025 #### Nice Lakehouse - with Some Issues Our stay at Lakefront Manor was a mix of beauty and frustration. The home is spacious, beautifully decorated, with stunning lakefront views and solid amenities. However, several maintenance and communication issues impacted our experience. At check-in, the window sills, back patio, and dock was dirty, with spiderwebs and green moss everywhere. Inside, we reported immediately small water stains in a master bath wall and broken 3D glasses in the theater room, but there was no resolution other than “housekeeping and the team would be informed”. The fridge water tasted awful, due to a worn-out filter, (sent pictures of red sign and there was again no resolution other than the housekeeping team would be informed) and the exercise equipment, including the treadmill, was nonfunctional (said update) and bicycle too. Wi-Fi was unreliable throughout our stay, and we had to purchase bottled water—an inconvenience while caring for elderly parents. The host was polite but the replies were procedural rather than solution-oriented. Not one problem was solved. For a luxury property, this lack of proactive maintenance and guest care was disappointing. There’s also a radon mitigation system on site, which raised health concerns for us, especially as our father, currently battling cancer, was traveling with us. Given the high cost and lack of follow-through, we wouldn’t rent again. Booking last-minute may be wiser than planning ahead, especially if you need reliable comfort and care. ##### Matt H. This home was perfect for our week long stay with 2 children and our dog. It was super important for us to find a property with easy lake access, a decent yard for our dog, and amenities to keep us entertained when we wanted to relax inside. This is one of few properties I found with beach access to the lake - perfect for kids that want to use the kayak, paddle board, fish, and explore the water. Also no steep stairs to get down to the dock/lake, just an easy paved walkway - I didn't worry about my kids or dog going back and forth. Ample, comfortable seating on the dock, shore and all levels of the outside of the home. I enjoyed my morning coffee on the screened in porch listening to the birds each morning. The theatre room was a fav! Gaming tables and sauna were a hit as well. Kitchen was fully stocked with anything we could have needed. This really is the perfect home to enjoy both inside and outside. We had everything we needed and the hosts were super friendly and responsive. We would return again. ##### Cathy P. We wanted a home with a water view but other than that we aren’t a group that tends to make plans so we just kind of winged it. The house has plenty of things to do if you don’t want to leave (which I didn’t). Take a steam shower… watch a movie in the theatre… hop on a treadmill… we ventured out and found restaurants but also took advantage of still having access to food delivery service. Relaxing on the lake with multiple game tables, movie theater and sauna. We had a great time with family playing games sitting by the lake and watching movies! This was a friend's vacation trip and it was perfect. Plenty to do at the property and the area, even during off season. Plenty of space but it still felt like home. Our host Riley was fantastic from start to finish, they were very accommodating to all of our needs and were quick to respond when we wanted to add an extra day to our trip and ended up needing to bring our dogs at the last minute when our sitter canceled. Make sure to bring extra toilet paper, paper towels and kitchen hand towels but other than that they thought of everything else and have plenty of supplies for cooking and having fun. While we were in the area we rented a boat, played mini golf, tried out some great restaurants and went to the Panthers/Saints game and Carolina won, whooohooo goooo Panthers!!! ##### Nicki T. Best I have experienced with any VRBO house! - House was super clean and had everything we needed. - Would recommend this house to family and friends. - Not a ton of restaurants in the area but lots of grocery stores so I would just recommend planning on eating in.
