Beds are comfortable. Carriage space is a nice addition. We enjoyed playing pool and indoor shuffleboard in the evenings. Very easy to dock our rental boat right at the dock. Cooking wasn't the easiest - everything stuck to the pans. Ice maker was slow; we had to buy ice for our drinks. A few of the doors need adjustment as they stuck pretty badly. This property was perfect for our group of 9\. The neighbors were friendly and we just felt at peace even though there was a lot of laughter and utensils chopping and or mixing a meal or sback. We had everything we needed The only reason i gave this a 4 is because were batteries dead or the remote just didn't work.. not a deal breaker when you have such a beautiful space. The only suggestions I'd make are turning the hot waterheatervto a temp above 110 in the fall and winter moths A few of us were freezing; it was 65 when we checked in and it was 50ish outside. The house was very clean, cozy and spacious. The house also had pool, shuffle board and kayaks! Some cons to the house: we would have loved to have more outdoor chairs to enjoy (only 4 wooden chairs around the firepit and the furniture under the gazebo - nothing on the dock or on the decks). The property could use more frequent bug spraying to keep as many pests out of the house as possible (tons of things crawling in the basement area and the dinning area). The upper deck lights also didn't work when we were there so was hard to see up there and didn't feel like we could enjoy the gazebo at night just with all the bugs and not being able to see - would recommend to the owner to add string lighting to the upper deck gazebo and change the lightbulbs to the upper deck lights. The fridge water didn't work and the filter light was on but the ice worked and could use the sink water. Lastly, there was no shampoo, conditioner, soap etc. in either of the bathrooms so amenities not stocked. ##### Jess F. The house is on a nice quiet inlet where we were able to hang out on the dock and our floats each day. The kitchen had everything we needed, there were plenty of lake towels and when we needed more bath towels, Sharon had some delivered ASAP. Would definitely stay here again! ##### Meghann U.
