This place is nasty has bugs roaches an beetles all inside room used wash clothes left in room, no towels or toilet paper provided during stay, staff is rude an unprofessional, overall I was so disgusted with a “premium” room waste of money an very unsanitary rooms look nothing like what is shown on the website

Over all not too bad.
It’s a (basically) $60 a night hotel, I slept decently (they have coil spring matresses I’ve used memory foam for about 17 years so it took a little getting used to.) my room had a full size fridge, and 2-spot electric stove top. TV was good, it had a decent selection of channels. Microwave (assumingely) worked, I didn’t use it. Overall was decent. I was kind of slightly disheartened it didn’t have a coffee maker but at the same time I’m not all too surprised. Overall not too bad for what it is.

I didnt like anything..the moment i pulled in the parking lot i knew i wasnt where i wanted to be..drug deal AND 2 ladies fighting on the front porch of the office..and manager was laughing let it go on..i asked to see the room before i paid just to make sure i wasnt being too judgemental..the manager rolled her eyes at me..then sent a few text messages on her smartphone. I then asked could i just get a refund..she walked past me to her car..shut the door..put it in reverse..backed out of her space THEN rolled the window down and said "when i get back from my lunch ill see about it"..and drove off..i waited an hour or more..she returned with her lunch in hand..then i was made to wait till she ate it..made a few calls .smoked 2 cigarettes and shut the door to the office and forgot about me..so i just left and called website and cancelled it myself..at least i tried to anyway..the property was disgusting..the staff were disgusting (appearance and attitude)..i hope corporate goes and takes a look at this place..i wasnt suprised to read of the shootings and drug problem at this establishment..
