We had a cancellation on our flight so had to stay overnight and selected this hotel based on the reviews. It did not disappoint. It was clean. The staff was super friendly and the room was very comfortable.

Nice place. But if you’re a Hilton and your bar closes at 11pm and you don’t have something as standard as complimentary coffee, I’m not interested in ever staying there again and never will.

This was a last-minute booking as I had missed my flight and needed to stay somewhere for the night. Right as I booked and got into the shuttle, the driver advised me that the power had gone out. I didn't mind this since my only care was having a bed for the night. The staff were nice and professional throughout the mess, offering other patrons who had done the same thing throughout the power outage (that affected multiple hotels) to cancel without any penalty fees and they would receive their refund. They remained professional as other arriving guests started to berate them, advising on hotels who had confirmed that the power was still on. Overall, a great stay and would be back here once more!

On May 5th, 2024, I stayed at a property where the electricity went out between 7 pm and 8 pm. Despite the inconvenience, I remained patient and contacted the reception desk for information. I was informed that the electricity should be back on between 10:30 pm. However, despite waiting, the electricity was not restored,up until midnight. As I had an early flight the following day, I made the decision to check out. During my check-out process, the front desk agent assured me three times that I would receive a full refund. However, now that I am back home and attempting to obtain a refund, the hotel is claiming that it is not possible.

The property is showing signs of age. There was frayed carpet at the entryway of our room. The air return cover was falling off of the wall next to the closet. There was residue that looked like makeup on the bathroom wall by the sink. There were a lot of people hanging around the front entrance and leaning on parked cars in the parking lot which was a bit unsettling for myself and my mother.

We loved the room and the property is clean and spacious. However, we particularly did not feel treated well at the restaurant and bar. Less friendly bar tender who gave us beer in plastic cups while serving others in glass. We felt a little bit unwelcome in that area.
