On May 5th, 2024, I stayed at a property where the electricity went out between 7 pm and 8 pm. Despite the inconvenience, I remained patient and contacted the reception desk for information. I was informed that the electricity should be back on between 10:30 pm. However, despite waiting, the electricity was not restored,up until midnight. As I had an early flight the following day, I made the decision to check out. During my check-out process, the front desk agent assured me three times that I would receive a full refund. However, now that I am back home and attempting to obtain a refund, the hotel is claiming that it is not possible.
