Gorgeous town home located on the 7th hole of a CC in South Charlotte. Brand new siding and paint in inside and outside. It is fully furnished and includes full size washer dryer, WIFI, Cable and dishwasher. Townhome was just updated with brushed nickel fixtures. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need. Plush linens and bedding. Has 2 large bedrooms upstairs. Master has Queen size bed and 2 closets with built in shelving. 2nd bedroom has rand new memory foam Queen size bed. Full bathroom upstairs and half bath down stairs. Downstairs also has pull out couch if needed. Beautiful deck overlooking lake and golf course. Very quiet mature neighborhood. 1 mile form shopping and restaurants, including Target, Walmart, Harris Teeter, Trader Joes etc. Movie Theater and ample dining options also within 1 mile. Absolutely no parties and no groups larger than 5ppl. I enjoyed my visit immensely with so much to do in the greater Charlotte area, including the national white water. Center and a day trip down to Charleston all topped off with a memorable stay at a clean convenient townhouse on a golf course communication with the owner was a breeze. It is in a beautiful, peaceful neighborhood. The inside of the house seemed to be clean, except for the shower curtain mentioned below; I was reassured that all the linens were clean because all the towels and sheets from the previous stay were left clean in the dryer. It is in need of some repairs/maintenance though. One of the shower doors was missing, and in its place was a nasty, mildew-y shower curtain. The back sliding door needs to be replaced (see review from 2021 where the owner said he was waiting on HOA approval to replace the door). The boards on the tiny deck out back are rotten, and from the deck you can see the large trash bins that belong to this house and the neighbors on each side (and not much else- there is an obscured view of the pond behind the house). The chair cushions on the front porch are filthy and worn (not just from pollen). Window/ door screens are missing. It would have been nice to sit outside and enjoy the pretty setting- or even to open a window on cooler days. This house included the bare minimum amenities- unlike other rentals. I’ve stayed in many HomeAway/VRBO rentals, and I don’t think I’ve ever left a negative review before. The neighborhood is really nice with lots of nature and golf. We saw lots of deer, birds and a beaver that lives in the pond behind the unit. The townhome is very spacious with lots of great closet space. Host was always responsive to messages within minutes or hours.
