This new and modern house has 3 beds, 2.5 baths, and stylish décor. Enjoy the cozy living room well-equipped kitchen with a dining area for 6\. Outside, a large patio with BBQ grill and fully fenced yard provide privacy and a safe space for kids and pets. And don't forget to relax in the hot tub! Conveniently located near shopping, dining, and entertainment, and a short drive from the airport. Come make yourself at home in our comfortable retreat! The space This is a brand new construction home that sleeps a total of 10 guests. Our home is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. You’ll find a fully stacked kitchen, a spacious living area, 3 amazing spaces to lay your head. 2 queen beds and 1 king bed awaits you for your stay. Each room has a smart tv so you can enjoy whatever it may be that your heart desires. The house has 2 full baths upstairs and one half bath on main floor- one of the full bath off the hallway and one off the master bedroom. both equipped with a shower/ tub combo If soaking in a bubble bath is your thing. We also added the luxury of providing key essentials during your trip to help make things easier. In the yard we have a outdoor dining set and a fire pit surrounded with string led lights built for making memories and a gas grill to help fill your appetite. a luxurious hot tub, where you can soak away your stress and worries and indulge in the ultimate relaxation experience! Our home comes with a W/D to help make checking out easy breezy and washing any garments that may need extra TLC during your trip. So let us welcome you to your home away from home...Enjoy! Parking: The driveway on the front of the house provides plenty of space for two vehicles. Street parking is also available. No keys to lose or to return! This property provides secure, keyless entry with an August Smart Lock. You can lock and unlock the door with your smartphone, using a unique virtual key or personal entry code issued to you for the duration of your stay. Guest access You will have access to this beautifully decorated home at your leisure. However, we do have a closet on main floor that acts as our owner's closet to provide you with the hospitality you aim to receive during your stay with us. Other things to note Pet fee is $25/night, but can vary depending on number of pets, breed, etc. (negotiable for longer stays). You are responsible for picking up after your pet while on the property and while in the neighborhood. Please BE RESPECTFUL. No smoking in the home or on premise. We reserve the right to charge a smoking fee should there be evidence of this violation. NO parties allowed on the premise. If you are in violation of this, you will be asked to leave the property, and pay a $1000 fine for the violation. We don't want to see blue lights as much you don't want to.... just don't do it!! $25 penalty for losing remote \*Fire wood for the fire pit is not provided. The propane tank for the gas grill is provided. Outdoor cameras on site overlooking house entrance and backyard entrance. Quiet Hours: Charlotte has a 11pm noise ordinance that begins at that time. We currently stayed at this property while visiting the area to watch the Dallas vs Hornets NBA game. The location is great! Very close to shopping and 15mins to downtown. The home looks just like the pictures! The kitchen has very limited items as far as cooking goes but we only ate breakfast at the property so it worked for us. If you were wanting to make a large meal you will want to have some larger baking items or frying pans. The bedrooms were very clean. Towels, toilet paper and paper towels were provided. There is a washer and dryer but we did not use during our stay. The hot tub was functioning and we did use this one night. It was clean but the chemicals were quite strong so we did not stay in long. My only complaint would be the driveway is very steep. I only had 1/4 tank for gas after leaving the basketball game and did not stop on my way home to fill up. Because the driveway is so steep my car would not start in the morning. After a couple tries, we got it going. With a 1/2 tank of gas, we did not have these issues. Thank you so much for letting us stay at the property! Will definitely keep this on the list if we come to the area again! ##### Courtney T.
