The Space: The private dock is an ideal spot to take a refreshing dip in the cooling waters, or sit back, relax, and drop in a fishing line in hopes of catching the evening’s dinner. A large deck providing plenty of outdoor seating options will put you at peace whether catching up on some reading or enjoying a meal or two al fresco. The home is also conveniently located just a few minutes from Mooresville city, where you’ll find an abundance of shopping, dining, and entertainment. With so much to do and see in this outdoor-centric area, you’ll be delighted to return to a quiet, relaxing space at the end of a long day, and Dragonfly Cove is that and so much more. Each of the two homes on this property has its own living room with comfortable sofa seating and smart TVs, either space suitable for hosting a group game night or individual movie screenings. There’ll be no reason to argue over what to watch! Enjoy mealtime together in the main home with indoor and outdoor dining seating for a combined 12\. Each home also includes its own kitchen, fully equipped with all standard appliances, dual drip and Keurig coffee makers, cookware, and dinnerware for both light hors d’oeuvres and large dinners. Of course, the area also offers plenty of options for trying takeout from one of the many delicious local restaurants. No matter your appetite, these kitchens can accommodate it all. The grandparents had the quiet one bedroom house and the siblings and grandkids shared the detached three bedroom house. Everyone had plenty of space to stretch out and relax. The property was clean, beautiful and situated on a very quiet cul de sac. It had a game room in the garage which we all enjoyed tremendously. This house met all of our needs and would rent again! The garage/game room on house had holes everywhere inside. We picked up some garbage and debris around the trailer. There was a gentleman leaf blowing when we arrived. We were surprised he didn't blow off the deck it was covered with leaves. The tv, in trailer living room, is cracked at the bottom of the screen. We brought our own laundry detergent. They have some there but bottles in both houses were empty. Dish soap, TO, towels and linens were provided which was very nice. If you're cooking, there's limited cooking pots. We grilled outside but we had to tear apart grill and do a deep clean. The kids actually helped clean the houses; sweep, vacuum and wipe things down when we arrived because the cleaning crew did not do a good job. Location was perfect, we enjoyed the patio and dock. We ate outside the whole time visiting. The trailer was cozy. I never got a notification for checkin process so I had to message twice. It would be nice to get a check-in email the day before or day of. The company was very helpful with local rentals and providing information. With two kitchens, there was ample cookware and appliances for the meal prep, while the kids entertained themselves in the playroom garage. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms were great to accommodate our two families of four each. However, I will mention that the water supply wasn’t sufficient for the demand, as we noticed a drop in pressure each time it was used at the same time. Even though we understood there were two houses on the property, it wasn’t clear which was the main house initially. This could be made a little clearer. ##### April K. There were plenty of bedrooms and baths for the four of us. The “extra” house helped and the game room was awesome. Very clean throughout. Wish we brought our boat. Have stayed several lake houses on Lake Norman- and this was by far the most convenient location. We loved hitting the local restaurants (5-10 mins away) for lunch - then grilling out on the back deck for dinner. Would definitely stay again. ##### mark d. I ws told the house had 3br and the trailer had 1br. It was the other way around.The air was not working when we got there so, our first not was miserable. the air was fixed the next day. the microwaves was not work in the house.
