The majority of docks in this area are generally suitable for most average-sized pontoons and ski boats. Parking Details: \- Each unit's driveway can accommodate 8 cars. Max: 16 \- No street parking or parking on the grass is allowed. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions. Wonderful location near airport and on lake. So much for everyone to do we never left the house. Beautiful pool dock games movie theater room. The houses have a pass thru so it’s very convent. We picked a pretty crazy weekend (due to the storm) so we didn’t have any WIFI during our stay and the pool that we had heated, over heated due to technical difficulties of not being able to control technology due to WIFI being out. So we definitely missed out on enjoying the movie room and the TV’s provided but besides that everything was amazing. Definitely wish our stay could have been longer to enjoy the amenities we missed out on. Be aware that the neighborhood is pretty quiet- although quite hours were 9pm-9am we had alot of complaints before the set time- and we were not loud after hours at all.The staff was great and made sure to make up for the issues that we had due to the storm, such as tree branches in pool during check-in and not being aware of the power outages and things not working.
