Keypad entries were not disclosed ahead of time. Gym key code was not provided. The entrance into the parking lot was difficult to access (u-turn), and the parking lot gate was broken.I travel to Charlotte a lot for work, and I will not re-book this location for my next visit. ##### Ryan R. Parking for a 4 bedroom was terrible. You only get 1 parking pass then it’s $14.50 every 10 hrs each car to park. So the description is misleading. One of the beds has something biting me. The property manager was very unprofessional when dealing with problems about the property. She attempted to force me to use another site which would charge me more fees. We liked the layout with the two bedrooms, sharing a bathroom on each side. There was plenty of space and very clean. The one improvement the kitchen was not very well stocked compared to other places we’ve rented, that could use an upgrade. We did reach out to the owner to let them know we needed, additional cups, cooking sheets, silverware plates and everything arrived the very next morning.
