Also, when I opened the door to enter the room the stand for the suitcase was right there in the walkway, which was difficult to maneuver with full hands. Really nothing wrong with the hotel or its staff. The problem was homeless people living in the parking lot after hours. Cars running outside in the lot all night. A new security policy needs to be implemented.
