Summary: Secluded space on the water on James Island. Newly constructed space with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Upstairs unit with magnificent waterfront views. Come enjoy the amazing sunrises and sunsets while looking over Clarks Sound towards Folly Beach. Deep in the heart of James Island yet just a few minutes from James Island Youth Soccer Club and only 15min to both downtown and Folly Beach. The Neighborhood: Situated on 4 acres behind a new community. Secluded and private. Getting Around: Parking available near the unit. The community in front of the property is a great place to walk Interaction with Guests: This unit is attached to a family home, but it has its own entrance and is a completely separate space. If you have a larger group that requires more room, there is another unit downstairs that can also be rented (subject to availability). Great location, lots of grocery stores, restaurants and alot more within a few minutes drive. A short easy drive to Folly Beach. Easy drive to downtown. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed, plenty of room for 4 adults. The dock was awesome, lots of wildlife and even caught some crabs. You get a nice breeze off the water which makes the deck nice in the evenings. We had some questions at check in and Warren was quick to answer and help us out.
