King Street was super accessible and we walked everywhere!The sofa may need an updating, but other than that the beds were super comfortable. The linens were very clean. There are lots of chunks of wood missing from the floors that make for tripping hazards. The couch in the living room has no cushion on the sides, you just feel the hard word boards which my 4 year old didn't realize and he busted his lip really badly on. In addition, there is a door to the upstairs unit that unlocks from the downstairs... this seems like a safety issue as the upstairs guests wouldn't know that the people downstairs can easily unlock and access their unit. The other big issue is the parking, the spot is so narrow we couldn't get our rental car in it. For a place with 4 bedrooms you'd hope the spot is big enough to accommodate bigger groups. Overall the place was fine there are just some pretty big safety concerns that we wish we would have known about before booking here. ##### Brady D. To be honest I wouldn’t rent it for that price. This unit is good for a large group of young adults because it has 4 bedrooms and they probably don’t care about people constantly moving in upstairs unit and you can literally can hear them talk. The bedroom in the front of the house is worth because you can hear everything from outside of the street. The back bedrooms have musty smell but I guess it’s due to the age of the house..The house is close to all the shops and restaurants which is nice, pretty safe area. The space next to the unit can only accommodate a very small vehicle like a mini cooper. We drive a Honda CRV and could not open the doors thereforeWe were instructed to park down the street in designated parking spots but none were available.
