Great location within easy walking distance to everything you want to do in Charleston. Beds were comfy and the place is clean. Be prepared if you actually want to do any cooking, the kitchen is not equipped past the very bare minimum to be able to call it "equipped." We were disappointed that there was only a k-cup coffee maker. For a large group that orders groceries, making pots of coffee is more economical and environmentally friendly. The gas lanterns on the front of the house went out and the whole front porch and upstairs bedrooms smelled like gas. We were told to light the lamps ourselves with the long lighters in the kitchen but unfortunately, as I previously stated, there is barely anything in the kitchen and certainly not long lighters. The property company said they'd send someone out the next day, so we had to just live with the gas smell overnight. We checked out the next morning so not sure if it got resolved or not. Overall, we had a great time on our visit to Charleston and the house is cute and served its purpose but it's nothing luxurious. ##### Amy N.
